By-Appointment In-Home Babysitting

Our by-appointment babysitting service is based by appointment that gives you access to our pool of expertly pre-screened nannies for in-home babysitting appointments.
The service is perfect for families who only need occasional childcare and who are generally comfortable working with a variety of nannies as opposed to a single, regular nanny.If you'll like the same Babysitter for date nights etc you'll need to book in advance.If you are hoping to have the SAME Nanny every 3 days of the week or need a nanny who drives, then you'll need a Nanny that is on a set schedule. You can book a Nanny to help care for your little ones during school professional development days, daycare closures, personal appointments, work events, and date nights.
We do not offer emergency or last-minute babysitting.

How does it work?
When booking

Set up babysitting appointments at your convenience directly from your laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

For new families, Agency will conduct a site visit. The site visit is at an additional cost. For existing families, you can scroll through Babysitters profile and book right away!

View the profiles of babysitters in our pre-screened booking section.

Choose, book and confirm nannies for your appointments— all from within the A'Class Agency Babysitting platform. Once you've selected someone A'Class Agency will confirm the sitter is available for that date & time.

At the end of your babysitting appointment, the Agency will ensure the Nanny is informed to be present for her booking. Also, the Nanny & parent would meet via Whatsapp video call for a meet & greet.

The Fees

Site visit fees are non-refundable.

Once you've decided on a babysitter the payments are required before the babysitter commences.

You can cancel your babysitting appointment 48 hours before the booking day by messaging us on WhatsApp or sending us an email.

Since our booking runs by appointment, our babysitters are booked up very easily, therefore it's required to book them early as in 2 weeks prior, if you'll like them for a particular day or night.
Occasional Babysitting Rates
Our babysitters typically earn $250 per day and upwards, overnight it's $300+ which covers 8 hours or more.During peak season overnight is $400 per night which covers 8-12 hours. A member of our team will be happy to discuss Nanny rates with you as each childcare job varies. These rates depend on the job market and what the job entails. Payments are made directly to the Agency

The Nanny’s base daily rate covers care of up to 1 child for up to 8 hours of work.

Each appointment is a minimum of 5 consecutive hours. If you decide to keep a nanny for fewer than 5 hours, you’ll still need to pay them for the day.
Additional Nanny Rates:

An extra $50/ per day for additional sibling

An extra $60/ per day for an additional child from a different family (friends or cousins.

The Babysitter's regular rate $35 per hr x 1.5 after the 8th hour of work

The Babysitter's regular rate $35 perhr x 2 after the 10th hour of work
Special dates:

On December 25, Christmas Day (all day), the Nanny’s base rate is doubled.

On New Year’s Eve beginning at 5 PM, the Nanny’s base rate is doubled.

Fees for additional siblings, children from a different family, and after midnight are also doubled on December 25 and after 5 PM on December 31.
