The Nannies

We recruit professional, high-calibre, nurturing, educated Nannies with a passion for childcare: Early Childhood Education graduates; Montessori-trained Nannies; Certified, Professional Teachers and Tutors; Newborn Care Specialists; experienced Nannies with a variety set of skills (languages, tech, arts, athletics, food & nutrition).

We have a roster of educated, engaging, and experienced Nannies who provide trustworthy, high-end childcare that is tailored to fit your family's unique needs and lifestyle.

The Process

Hiring a full-time or part-time Nanny is like adopting a new family member — it’s a really big deal! This is someone your children are going to see every day and likely fall in love with. It’s important that they’re educated, engaging, adaptable, and above all else, trust-worthy. This is no small task. That’s why we take it on.

Step 1:We Pre-screen-

Nannies

We only invite the highest quality Nannies with the most extensive childcare experience to the table.To be interviewed, potential Nannies must provide:

A completed application form
2 to 5 childcare-related references
Photo ID
A current First Aid/CPR certificate or proof of registration in an upcoming class
A clear Criminal Record Check
Driver’s License and Driving Record (if applicable)

We personally interview each potential Nanny. It’s important that we truly get to know each of the Nannies, so we use this time to assess their values, personalities, strengths, and areas of opportunity. We call for a minimum of two childcare-related references for each Nanny that we believe will uphold our standards, without exception.

We’ll call you within 24-48 hours to review, fill in any gaps, and start searching for your personalized A'Class Homecare prospective

Once we've gathered all of your information, our next step will be a site visit. We conduct a site visit before commencing or sending you prospective candidates. This cost range from $350.The site visit fee isn't refundable.

STEP 3 - Site visit

STEP 5 - RELAX WHILE -
WE DO THE HEAVY LIFTING

STEP 4 - Bespoke matching

We'll match you with nannies that best suit you and your family based on your requirements and parenting style.

Once we’ve found your perfect candidates, get in touch with your favourites to arrange interviews and trials.

We contact our network of pre-screened Nannies who fit your needs and lifestyle. We tell them about you and your family. If they’re excited to meet your family and we believe they’d be a great match, we’ll send you their resume, photo id, vaccination card (based on preference), certificates etc.
You tell us which Nannies you’d like to meet and we’ll coordinate the interviews. You can meet by doing online interviews or in-person interviews - until you find “the one”.
Timing-wise, the process usually takes between 2-8 weeks to complete based on requirements required in a Nanny.

STEP 6 - Make it Oficial -

You tell us which Nanny you want to hire and we’ll handle the negotiations, and draft an Agreement that is in agreement and accordance for both family and Nanny. Then celebrate!
