Upon your booking process, you can "Request a Booking form"  to fill out with as many details as possible or contact us via Whatsapp message, Social media(Facebook or Instagram)  or email us. The more detailed you are the better as this helps the agency select candidates that are best suited for you & to blend with your family

Interview your match candidate

Interview the candidates sent to you, we always send more than 1candidate to choose from. Select the candidate you're most comfortable;e with. Then the candidate commerce working according to the start date.

Selected Nanny, Housekeeper etc can commence working

Step 4
Site Visit

No person within our pool commences work without being interviewed first. Therefore before sending candidates that are best suited for you, we do a site visit assessment at your home (where the Nanny, housekeeper etc will be working). This cost $350.It is non-refundable. After the site visit is completed, you will be sent potential candidates based on where you reside and based on a list of criteria you sent the agency i.e. what you're seeking.

Step 6
Agreement between Family & Agency

Ensuring both parties would be on the same page moving forward.

Step 8
Candidate can commence working

This is the final step.
