No, we are not a Childcare facility.Babysitters,Geriatric /Registered Nurses, Tutors or Housekeepers come to your home, (Church, Weddings etc for babysitters) and provide one-on-one care acording to your needs.

We search our country for the top Candidates for our clients. We love referrals from our current staff and clients.We also contact candidates through local babysitting or nursing groups such as our Social media platforms.We also recruit from local Universities and communities.

The owner of the agency , conduct interview with each candidate prior to offering them an opportunity to be on A'Class Agency roster. Once they complete their interview they go through background checks such as criminal background and referrence checks.Once they successfuly pass their background checks, we receive documentation of their up-to-date CPR certifications as well as a copy certificates according to the position applying for.After cmpleting each of these steps sccessfully, they'll be added to our pool of candidates. All candidates must be experienced in their respective field and background checked.If they're not experienced, they can gain employment through a Nursing home, Day-care through us or through their own job search.

We have candidates located in different areas throughout Trinidad & Tobago. If you're from North,South, East or West, we have candidates within perimeter of where you reside.

Both client and candidate are sent a confirmation text t 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. We do all that we can to ensure our candidates show up, on time for your scheduled booking. In the event that a candidate is a no call, no show , please contact the agency owner immediately and we will do all that we can to find a candidate according to the position as soon as possible.

First, we apologize, we try to include enough information to you about our candidates and we also ask or hope clients do the same by being detailed when providing info in what they're seeking when it comes to candidates they're looking for, to help ensure a proper fit for your family. In the event you and the candidate didn't hit it off in the first week, inform the agency. If you don't want to work with the candidate anymore or again, please contact us directly. We will ensure if your first choice candidate is unavailable , we will not rebook you with a candidate you would not like to use again.

We love that you and your family hit it off with our candidate!! Usually clients are able to use the same Babysitter, Tutor , Geriatric Nurse or Housekeeper they first booked as this can be consistent care , i.e. booking a candidate for 3,5 or even 7days per week , weekly or monthly. Only if a client booked a candidate for 1 week for the month maybe for overnight care, as a last minute care etc then the candidate may or may not be available the next time you'll like to book them.However we always recommend to clients to ask for the person next tiime you're booking if you used our services once and would like to book again.We also have other candidates that are really great as well, that can provide you with exceptional services. Next time booking , you can also ask the candidate their upcoming availablity.Please remember Clients are NOT allowed to book A'Class candidates independently outside our scheduling services.

Yes we have several babysitters with Special Needs experience and certification.

While a babysitter, Nanny,Tutor, Nurse or Housekeeper (candidate) may offer lower rates, your schedule is dependent upon their availability to provide care or teaching in your home. When working through an agency , we have many candidates to choose from. Also, if you have any issues with the candidate, we will handle the issues for you. You can also feel comfortable knowing that our candidates background checked, prepared for emergencies, and very experienced.Since our services can be cancelled at anytimem, you have nothing to lose by giving it a try !

Since our candidates are contracted to work through our agency, you must contact the agency to book.No Exceptions. Contacting the candidate directly is not permitted by our terms of use.

Candidates can work morning, afternoon , night or even over-night.Our candidates are flexible .Once you inform us the days, time and hours you'll require a candidate , we will be able to your requirements.

Babysitters-care fo your child, provide stimulation, engage your child in edcational activites, sanitize areas the child would have used, bathe, feed, change diaper and more according to job request by client

Nannies- Can cook, clean, wash clothing , care for child/children, light-housekeeping and more according to job request by client.

Geriatric Nurse- Assist in meal prep or cooking of meal, doing blood pressue and sugar test, medication reminder and more

Registered Nurse-Can provide care for Covid-19 patients, checking of vitals and more

Tutors- provide one-on-one teaching with your child/children, help the child to read, write, increase child vocabulary, to learn and comprehend mathematics, help a child to improve on their weak areas and more

Housekeeper- sweeping, wiping down the counter, cleaning the kitchen area, taking out garbage, vaccuming living-room area, wiping down windows and more.
